    You need to run properties in the Launch file. It needs to run as XP Service Pack 3. I just figured that out.

    You will need SparkIV and if you want ELS download it from Tom H's signature, although, ELS V5 is more stable, when modding make sure you backup EVERYTHING that your going to mod, if your going to mod
