thanks man! and when you say too reflective what exactly do you mean by that? like reflection off the sides of buildings?

Looks nice, but its to bright with lights on the ground....

I am thanks! and uh how exactly do i scale it back? I know how to change the color, but not scale it back

you can find the settings for that in the els.ini

look for this

Range_LightsF = 7	   // Range of headlight environment lights

Intens_LightsF = 3	  // Intensity headlight environment lights

Range_LightsP = 90	     // Range of primary environment lights

Intens_LightsP = 3	  // Intensity of primary environment lights
