Every time I ForceDuty, I get this error

But Parks Tools is in my dir, so i dont understand what the problem is

I then replace the current Parks Tools in my dir with a new one.

Then my game works again

But this problem persists, resulting me having to replace Parks Tools everytime i want to play LSPDFR

how did you fix it i'm getting the same issus

I partially fixed it by, removing agency callouts. try removing agency callouts if you have it.
