Specs for first gaming PC

Featured Replies

Longtime lurker, second time poster. After years of watching LSPDFR videos and dreaming about one day playing LSPDFR, I decided to go to a nearby PC shop to check out gaming PCs. I found this decent gaming computer for about $700 (right on for budget). Here are the specs:

Aeon 1250 Gaming Tower
Intel Core i3-7100 3.90GHz Dual-Core, 8GB DDR4, 1TB HDD
NVIDIA GTX 1050TI 4GB Graphic, Windows 10 Home 64 Bit

The only games I intend to play are GTA V (with LSPDFR mods), Battlefield 1 and  possibly counter-strike with some friends. Would anyone know if these specs are decent enough for GTA V with LSPDFR? I'm not really interested in ultra-4k graphics for the game, really something decent. This is also my first gaming PC as I am not much of a gamer, and I am really only interested in the games I mentioned above.

Cheers!

I would say it's sufficient for medium-high settings.

We also have a thread with recommend setups for both budget builds and higher end builds for GTA V/LSPDFR:
