Downloads wont start

Hey Guys,

I tried to download serveral mods but none off them start downloading.

The timer starts running from 5 to 0 seconds and than nothing happends. (no pop-up)

When clicking on "If your download does not start, click here. " also nothing happends, after clicking it for the second time i get a blanc page saying it cant reach the page;

 

It happends to all the mods i tried.

 

For example;

Your download 'Traffic Policer 6.13.7.0 by Albo1125 - MinRPH 0.51.zip' (9.24 MB) will start in 0 seconds
If your download does not start, click here.

 

(sorry for any bad english, not my native language ;)  )
