Does anybody know of a way to make the entire island of SA/LS under one jurisdiction? I'm mainly asking if its possible to change how AI police respond and speak when pursuing suspects.  For example in sandy shores and surrounding areas police respond  to events by saying "Blaine County Sheriff's office..." or in the city police say "Los Santos police". Would there be a way to make the entire map either "los santos county sheriff's office" or "Los Santos police department" when it come to dealing with the AI, or would this be like a super complicated process? Just trying to see if its possible for an idea I have. Let me know what y'all think and/or if its even possible.

To my knowledge there isn't a way to change it or have individual files for each area.  You may be able to replace the cop voice that says  "Los Santos PD", but then you have the problem of the LSPD saying "BCSO".  In terms of the police megaphone in your car, I have no idea if you can change those or not.  I haven't seen a mod that does.

Thanks, might start doing more research/ toying around with stuff. I think it would be a pretty cool idea.

If it's only for LSPDFR you can edit the backup.xml to spawn the same cars/peds throughout every jurisdiction. But ambient pursuits and some plugins will still spawn the cars in their respective areas.
