The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

EDIT: Found issue, had a model in the backup.xml that was not installed.

I can't seem to remove the topic, so if a mod sees this and does so, that would be greatly appreciated.

The first thing I suggest is removing EnableMPCars.asi. If that doesn't work, I'd temporarily remove all of your Scripts just to see if any might be causing a problem.
