Exactly my probelm!! @Kallus Rourke please help us!

I mean what I noticed is slow loading. Already had the game on SSD and still the same. It has something to do either with the ASI readers or spmething. I need old versions to try

All of my vehicles are ELS, and I've never had an issue of ELS causing lag.  Chances are it's something else in your game.

@Kallus Rourke Sorry to bother you btw but this is driving me nuts.
Could you share what vehicle you use for police1 so I can test if its a VCF thing?
I deleted OpenIV ASI. and the stuff doesnt lag now so it has something to do with the modded vehicle.

It may have a too high of a poly count.  In the future, you don't need to delete things to test them, just drag it onto your desktop. That way it's not permanently gone.  Is it just the one vehicle, or all?

@Kallus Rourke nah, all. It happens on vanilla cars too so has nothing to do with it

Say, you're using the older ScriptHookV (prior to 1.0.1180.2) arent you?

Yes, but it won't work for you.  SHV needs to be updated if all your other mods are.

 

Your PC might not be able to handle ELS and its functionality.  I would advise trying to get as much power as you can dedicated to GTA (via task manager).  If that fails, your only option is just to not use ELS.

Well PC power is definetely not an issue since i have a ROG GT51... I already tried the high priority stuff im afraid. I guess I'll have to wait for an update :(

Try something for me, please.  Load into the game via GTA5.exe/Steam (whichever).  Once in the game, get in an ELS vehicle and turn on the lights.  Same thing?

 

If yes, try getting into another emergency vehicle. Still the same thing?

@Kallus Rourke its most deff a script issue. I hear the blip you know when you change stages. The bleep goes first then the lights. Basically it get delayed so im assuming it has to be a script issue. Plus my game is vanilla right. Only have ELS and 2 car models that I used to test this

Try reinstalling ELS and see if that helps with it.

Ill try. Not optimistic tho

So yeah same results. I mean its not constant but sometimes I want stage 3 right away and shit lags. Its annoying and ruins the flow, thats why im so pissed. Specially when I spent around 2000$ on a PC so i could run this the smoothest as possible...

Specially with all these great new plugins we just got

So I finally solved it by installing the old ScriptHookV and Advanced Hook that I luckly still had on my laptops. If anyone else reports this issue, please Kallus tell them to contact me so I can provide them an outdated Scripthook that is still able to do everything without issues.

I know I shouldnt distribute things from other people but this new SH is just broken.

do you think you can provide me with the old scripthook v and advanced hook v i would really appreciate it i have the same problem and i cant fix it @iMalcolm27
