I seem to be continuing to have this issue, non stop. I've tried reinstalling so many times, it's not even funny.

 

 

Legit copy of GTA V Steam, proof can be provided.

 

Installed vcredist and the directx setups provided by the installation

 

Completely vanilla, no mods at all.
