Does anyone know of a good program for in game screenshots? I have the retail version so steam isn't an option and using the gta smartphone is getting a little old since there are alot of shots that it's not able to get. Thanks ahead of time!

run the game through steam as a non-steam game. you can then use the steam screenshotting feature

Use RE, isn't hard (Rockstar Editor)

Add it as a non steam game, you can then launch it through steam and use the overlay.
