theres this guy on youtube by the name of xaPKPax and he does this all the time and he does the cop mission and stuff like that what i wanted was to be able to do those missions and be able to get like mod cars with different sirens and lights etc.

thanks, yes my game is legal i bought it but im frustrated bc i installed it and it works but when i get to the play screen its all staticky and u can barely see anything. Can you help me on that?
