I recently bought GTA IV and installed it and it seemed as if it would work and everything would be fine. Well I was wrong, when you get to the start screen and click start it goes to the playing screen all fine. The problem is everything is staticky and you can barely see anything. Can someone help me please? I would really appreciate it, thanks!

thanks, yes my game is legal i bought it but im frustrated bc i installed it and it works but when i get to the play screen its all staticky and u can barely see anything. Can you help me on that?

theres this guy on youtube by the name of xaPKPax and he does this all the time and he does the cop mission and stuff like that what i wanted was to be able to do those missions and be able to get like mod cars with different sirens and lights etc.
