Could you provide us with a log file so we can see what issue you're having?

Yes, but how do i find that log file?

So it's telling me that when you press a button, it tries to spawn a corrupt vehicle. What button are you pressing when it crashes?

Hmm weird, I press "T" to bring up smart radio and then i select the option with the Z. Takes some time for it to crash, like no insta crash but after sometime

This is my config for smart radio:

//PoliceSmartRadio KeyboardConfig INI file by Albo1125. Last edited for version 1.0.0.0.

[KeyboardConfig]
// Use the exact 'member name' for the corresponding key: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.windows.forms.keys(v=vs.110).aspx

ToggleRadioKey=T
ToggleRadioModifierKey=None
NextButtonKey=G
PreviousButtonKey=T
SelectButtonKey=Z
NextPageKey=Right
PreviousPageKey=Left

Weird. Does it crash no matter what button you press or is it a certain button that makes it crash?

Same error. But what the Y button does it to answer a police dispatch. And when i accept it pressing Y i get the error.

I know that lol. Well Smart Radio has been having some problems recently. Best thing I can tell you to do right now is to reinstall.

Are you using a different directory then the LSPDFR directory when trying to go online? If not, GTA won't let you. You need to have a separate directory for online.
