I updated my RPH and it says with the newest version that my GTAV is out of date, but doesn't give me an option to update it. Naturally I went to Steam to check if I could update it, and guess what... Nope no updates are available, so I need help because I'm kinda getting screwed here.

Try doing a clean reinstall of Rage, please.

GTA V was updated, so you'll need to update.

GTA V was updated on Aug 29 to version 1180.

What I do to update my game after a new version is realeased, is verify my game files. Try doing that.

My apologies for the long wait I needed to recreate a backup for the game. I had to recreate a backup for the game.

As stated, please verify integrity of game cache to try and update your game.

Thank you For some reason I needed to launch it via steam to update it.

 

Continuing on I started it via steam, and in my downloads portion of steam it says that its /69 gigabytes, which is the actual file size for the full game. Is this a visual error? Or would you not know?

So it made me reinstall the game to update it, and once I did this I tried to start up gtav with LSPDFR via RPH and it said I still had an outdated version... Please help 3 days w/o lspdfr.

Make sure your Rage is up to date.  If it says you're still on an older version despite a fresh install of GTA, one of your mods is outdated.

I have no other mods currently installed as I have just reinstall everything. But I will check if it is up to date

 

 

Its up to date and it still tells me its out of date. At this point I've reinstalled gta v RPH and both are up to date.

Try removing your mods folder entirely.  Also, what happens if you launch the game via Steam or via the GTA 5.exe?

If I launch via steam or gta5.exe it runs normally. Wouldn't deleting my plugins folder delete LSPDFR?

Your plugins folder is not the same as your mods folder.  You do have a mods folder, correct?

Negative I do not have a mods folder. I recreated the folder entirely so everything that is in is GTAV, LSPDFR, and RPH.

All files are up to date. Including GTA V. It doesn't say that it needs to be updated in steam, which is what it would say if I needed to.

If you're on Steam, verify the cache.. It will scan your game and update it to the latest version.
