Hello,

 

  I am sorry if this has been answered, or if I am in the wrong place, I just got on lspdfr and went to blaine county then went on duty and loads of birds started to land and walk around by me? Also people are getting out of cars randomly and I never seen anyone on them there are abandoned motorcycles around me to?

 

  Can anyone give me an idea or a guide or something that I can do? I am just really confused with this POULTRYGEIST related things

Have you installed any new mods recently, or edited anything?  When you say they get out of their cars randomly, are you sure they aren't just parking them?

I put a couple new plugins into the game but I took all of them out. I was playing around with everything and it looks like I am unable to pull some people over. I blimp them and light them up but they keep driving. It is strange because it was not like this last time I played the game.

If you're using ELS, this is an ELS thing.  Open the ELS INI and change "ELSTrafCTRL" to false.

 

The bird thing I'm really unsure of.  This is the first I've heard of it.

I already have ELSTrafCTRL set to false. Could it possibly be my gameconfig? the only other thing that I can think of is that I changed the handling on one of my cars and put in a tazer to my game. 

 

  I also checked one of my backup files and it is fine for me. I use R.D.E.

 

I have 2 files with R.D.E. (1) with new cars (2) with the cars that it came with and this one runs fine

Unfortunately, that is where my knowledge ends, as I do not use RDE, so I'm unable to say if something is caused by or an issue as a result of RDE.

I appreciate your help on the matter. I do think that I found the issue with it. It seems to be doing this from one of my plugins so I am going to play around and see where the issue stems from.
