So when i launch both gta 5 or rage plugin they both launch social club black i reinstalled it and it worked both through gta 5 and rage plugin hook my mods are not effecting it but it happens when i add cars in open iv so i would go to add cars go launch it and this would happen this is the first time this has happend i would install moded cars into a fresh version of gta 5 with lspdfr and my mods but i have reinstalled gta nearly 5 times and i dont want to reinstall it and i am using patchday15 which is the latest one

In terms of putting the cars in yes

I know how to install standalone cars i havent had a issue until then reinstalling gta 5 is what i want to be for the last resort and if i have too see that the cars i am adding are causing the problem then fair well but having cars in gta 5 or els cars is a must in gta 5 for me

The cars shouldn't be causing you any problems then.  Also, since you're using a mods folder, you don't need to reinstall GTA.  Just delete the mods folder and remake it.

 

Please show me screenshots in OpenIV where you have them installed.

Well that gave me some hope i deleted the cars because i thought it would fix it and it didn't so that's why if you were wondering

Please rename the mods folder to mods.  Sometimes mods can be very picky about the name of the mods folder, so the m needs to be lowercase. :)

Nope social club is still getting me a black screen and still refuses to launch gta 5

Are you able to launch GTA V via Steam or the GTA V.exe?

No it launches to social club social club loads and then goes to black but it also says i have signed in which it always does

Move your mods folder out of your GTA V directory, now verify integrity of game cache.

Open the commandline and type -scOfflineOnly, then save and try.

In your main GTA V directory is a document called commandline.

it loads gta5.exe but it wont load it through rage plugin

 

it also loads gta 5 though steam as well

Try loading in via Steam.  Once in game, alt tab out and launch Rage.  Does it do anything?

 

Also, run this for me, please. 

 

okay it works but arrest manger said it need the latest albo.1125 common but i couldnt find the latest one and albo hasnt updated the newest one into his traffic policer

 

also can i put my mod folder back into my gta 5 folder
