Hello there!

 

So I am hours away from permanently switching to PC, and this LSPDFR thing is right up my alley but I want what everyone else has. And this whole mod and the add-ons for it seems to be quite the mess, so without spending hours upon hours browsing through this website, which mods are recommended to get to have the full-ish experience with the LSPDFR? I've checked YouTube on how you do everything and it seems fine, I just wanna know what everyone else is using to get a satisfying experince. I want something like SteveTheGamer55 has from YouTube but not clutter my whole game with too many things. I mean it sounds stupid but I have no idea what I'm looking for or how I can find it all, so any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm a legit noob at PC and modding.

Hi Elijah,

 

Everyone will personalize their game differently.  Yes, some people will have the same "must have" mods, but they will also add things to their game that they personally enjoy, things the next person might hate.  While it is a tedious task, if you plan to play LSPDFR for the long run, it's worth it to wade through the mods and find the ones that personally interest you.  Speaking from my experience, doing that has maximized my enjoyment of LSPDFR.

 

As I mentioned, there are some "must have" mods.

 

Traffic Policer

 

Arrest Manager

 

BetterEMS

 

Computer+

 

SearchWarrant (This lets you search peds and vehicles)

 

 

I've only included some of the must haves, not any from personal preference except SearchWarrant.  There's a few other search mods out there aside from that one.

Imho - one of the best things about lspdfr is that it continue to grow on you. At first, I didn't have many mods or cars. But after a while I learned more and more, and installing more cars and scripts. The game continues to fascinate me because of the complexity. 

I too wanted everything that stevethegamer has at first. But now I'm happy to learn how to shape lspdfr to my own taste. 

Kallus list is great, those are essential. 

Good luck and don't let the modding scare you :)

We'll see how it goes, I just wanna have the basics done so I can keep building alter on. At least get stuff so the mod doesn't feel to empty and repetitive :D

I appreciate the support, now that you mention it and I probably should've made it more clear in my post. But I am looking for road cop stuff right now. I'm more interested to roleplay as a normal traffic both painted and undercover car. You know, normal cop stuff a cop does patrolling the streets and so on. Sorry to bother but I wanna make sure I have the basics so I don't have to spend hours when my PC finally gets done :D

Traffic Policer is perfect for that, then.  It has a lot of functions that help make traffic stops a lot better.

 

There's a lot of callouts that have traffic cop based calls, but also mix in other stuff, some of which might be more detective based.  You don't have to respond to those if you just want the traffic calls.

I found the traffic policer and it mentions tons of things in the name of it by user Albo1125, does that mean that I don't have to get the breathalyer and drugalyzer etc since they are in the traffic policer? Again sorry for being outisde of the smart zone :D

That's correct. :)  They come with Traffic Policer!

Thanks again, didn't expect such a kind community. I'm sure I'll get it right after a few fails, and I'm also sure my policing will go smootly after a while :D
