Hey people of LSPDFR! I really want to get into modding and making vehicles for lspdfr! I am brand new to this but I know you need Zmoddler3 which I have and I would love to learn how to make ELS cars!

I cant find any videos or anything on how to make them so I'm thinking the best way is to ask modders

So if anyone would like to help please do and I hope to start making vehicles soon!
