ELS Bug Spotlights flicker

A lot of cars I have downloaded are ELS and when I press J to turn the lights on, the spotlights and sometimes the bull bar will both flicker and it's really annoying. Even if I take the spotlights and bullbar off they will still appear with a flicker. Anyone know how to solve this problem?

    Are you positive these are ELS models?  ELS utilizes vehicle extras, such as spot light or ram bar, so if the vehicle isn't ELS but has a VCF, all of the extras will flash.  Most ELS authors set it up in the VCF so that extras such as ram bar or spot light are not controlled by ELS.  Please link me to the models you're using.

    This is not an ELS pack. If you look in the side bar on the file page, it says non-ELS.  It will work with ELS if you want it to, but only in the very basic form of lights and siren.  You will not be able to utilize ELS's features.
