what mod use stevethegammer 55 to use the PA system mic?? i want to talk to the suspect like saying pull over to the side of the rode but with mi voice there's a video of steve that he actually talk like i want to

The in-game PA system where you hear the AI voice saying something is a feature you can do by pressing SHIFT during a pursuit only.  Steve isn't actually talking to the suspect and telling them to pull over.  He is using Traffic Policer's mimic me and roleplaying that he is telling them over the PA.  Sometimes he may add in an effect in editing that makes it sound like his voice is on the PA, but that is not the case.  Nothing like that currently is possible.

ahhh okey yeah i know the mmic but i will love to do that with mi voice do you think in the futere its going to be a mod that makes that??

I highly doubt it just because of the complexity involved, but who knows.
