When i launch rage hook my game loads and plugins do but it just sits in that loading screen forever and doesnt actually load???

Have you actually had some playtime in GTA prior to this? and are you at a point in the story where you can do whatever you want, aka free roam?

Yes i have been playing with LSPDFR for months and i took a lil break and came back updated my plugins and Ragehook and now this

At what point does it just sit there and load?  During the Rage splash screen? If so, is it stuck on loading story mode? populating game world?

The splash doesn't even display

Okay so i updated all my plugins and now the splash displays loads my plugins and i get infinite loading

Try loading in via GTA5.exe.  Once in game, alt tab out and run Rage.

i fixed it, it was my update.rpf in my mods folder, i opend Open IV and it was saying i needed to update my rpf
