The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I believe the problem is with Vocal Dispatch.  It appears to be having a problem reading the checkup.xml.  You also seem to be missing ParkTools, which would be in the main GTA V directory,

ParkTools.dll goes in the main GTA V directory.  This may fix the other issue, not sure about that.

Nope. parktools is there where it is suppose to be. My checkup.xml is here C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\plugins\lspdfr\VocalDispatch
