Me and my friends managed to get on it when we where at my place. but they cant connect when they are at home. i have forwarded the port . We tried turning of all security aswell but with no results. Any clue anyone?

He will have to connect to your public IP

www.whatismyip.com

this is, provided you are using IPV4 not IPV6.

and check firewall settings

start, then click 'run' the type "cmd', then type "ipconfig" In said CMD, aand the IPV4 is what you need

I changed my port to the IPV4. Hope this helps. i`ll report back.
