have download lspdr and rage and cannot get it to load when running on rage does the game have to be completed through story mode doesnt work online so know thats not the problem

Just to confirm since you mentioned it, no the game doesn't have to be completed through story mode, however, you do need to be at a free roam point, aka a point in the game where you can do whatever you want and aren't being called on for a mission.

I am at that point i just started the game where franklin is at his house no mission or nothing i cant see the police station blimps I extracted everything to the gta v folder but nothing is loading i just dont know what i doing wrong to get it to not to work

Go and redownload RagePluginHook, please.  Make sure you download the latest version, 0.56.

Since you can't see the blips, either you're missing a requirement, or something was not installed right.  Please provide screenshots of your GTA directory.

Your Grand Theft Auto folder must be named Grand Theft Auto V

so rename it then

Yes, that is the correct name. :) Now please go in game and see if it works.  Remember, you may also need to hit F4 and type "LoadPlugin LSPD First Response.dll"

As long as the folder is named correctly, you should be good.  Remember, you may need to hit F4 and type "LoadPlugin LSPD First Response.dll"

hit F4 and type "LoadPlugin LSPD First Response.dll" this after it loads completly  in the game so rename that one

No, no.   Your Grand Theft Auto folder. It cannot be named "GTA V". It has to be named Grand Theft AutoV

 

What I was saying was, if you load in via RagePluginHook, but you don't see police station icons on the map, hit F4 and type what I put above and hit enter.

Now that you've renamed it, please load in via Rage and see if it works.  If you don't see the police stations on the map, do as I instructed above with the F4 console.
