I wanted to download the newest version of LSPDFR. When I pressed the download button, did the captcha and waited 5 seconds, nothing happened. At the bottom of the screen, Firefox displayed a message that went like this: "Transferring data from *enter some advertiser's domain here*". In order to start the download, I had to enable my adblock (which I always have disabled for this website).

Just to add, this is affecting all files, as I've tried downloading multiple and it never starts.  (Tried forcing the download to start, no dice)

I assume this might be a side-affect of the site-wide ad issues that we've been experiencing the past day or so.

Staff have SSL force enabled which is causing this issue for staff. It isnt related to the OP

Also, I noticed that with adblock on, the site runs much better for me. I will keep adblock off to support the site though.

UPDATE: I just wanted to show something that showed up as I was reading my messages.

 

What worries me is the work "track" embedded in the url.
