Haha, I am playing LSPDFR with a keyboard and then I can't adjust the immediate amount of acceleration(if that whats it called) which then makes me always do a burnout everytime I'm gonna accelerate. I can let go of the button and take a little bit at the time, but it still does burouts unless im going very slow. 

 

So my ultimate question is: Is there any mod that can fix this for me? or any other way to fix, other than using a controller?

Controller is the way to go. A standard keyboard can't detect input pressure.

On top of that, your driving is always going to be worse than the AI's.  I advise picking up a Thrustmaster GPX Xbox 360 controller.  It's reliable, lasts a long time, and has a good grip to it.
