Terrible texture pop-in while lspdfr is active [SOLVED]

Featured Replies

So, my game runs perfectly fine when lspdfr isn't running. No texture pop-in at all. But as soon as I go on duty, I get bad texture pop-in. When I move the camera around, buildings take a second or two to appear and sometimes the ground is invisible. I cannot for the life of me figure out what is wrong. The only way I've been able to minimize it is to remove my modded police cars for all the police slots. Sheriff slots and add-ons don't seem to really effect it. But as soon as I add cars back in to the police slots, it starts up again.

My specs are as follows and shouldn't have anything to do with the problem:

16gb ram

ssd drive

gtx 1070 SC

i7-6700

If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it.

EDIT: I finally figured it out. There were some files in the police scanner folder that were connected to plugins I no longer had. I reset the police scanner folder and that did the trick. I have no idea why, but yipee!
