The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Still occurs trying no LSPDFR plugins now

Then the issue is with one of the LSPDFR plugins you're using.  Which plugin is the culprit is what we need to figure out.  Go ahead and put your plugins back in, please.  Next, please remove safer chases and clear the way.  Lets see if either of those are the issue.

    I just reinstalled the "Important mos" and left the plugins that I could do without out.

    Alright. :)  If you want to use the ones you can do without, try adding them back in one at a time just to try and troubleshoot.
