Whenever im on a traffic stop the other civilians in the vehicles driving by get kicked out of their vehicle onto the road making a big mess. Do you know anything to fix it?

Hi there.  What exactly happens?  Do they just get out of their vehicles and stand there?

They get kicked out of their vehicle while its in motion and it smashes into stuff if its at high speeds or low speeds just stops they try to get back in and it kicks them out again and they just get stuck in a loop of trying to get back in and getting kicked out

Have you edited any files recently, such as vehiclelayouts.meta?

What did you change in both of those?

Just added vehicles. Its been doing this way before I messed with those files

When did this start? and what did you add/change when it started?

To be honest I have no clue. I feel it started after the recent title update

 

Just to get this out of the way, go into your ELS .ini and change ELSTrafCntrl to False.

Thats Done ive had that done to see if itll help

Please change the name of your mods folder to _mods and go in game. Then conduct a traffic stop and see if the same thing happens.

Please take screenshots of your GTA V directory, your plugins folder, and the LSPDFR folder within plugins.  You can change the mods folder name back to mods.

Yes and smartpolicing is the police radio newest update

I just now noticed your log that you added after I replied.  I do see one error that is a result of PeterUCallouts. According to your log, it cannot read InsecureVehicleload.ini, which apparently is part of PeterUCallouts. Please try redownloading his mod.

Downloading now, should I try after the download to see if its fixed?

Yes, please.  If that doesn't fix it, I advise removing all of your LSPDFR plugins and going in game, conducting a traffic stop, and seeing if it still happens.
