The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

You said it's LSPDFR that crashes, however, your log doesn't indicate that. Is the entire game crashing?

Actually yes, sorry the whole game does crash I forgot after I load RPH.

Ok well I can sill load RPH from the shortcut first and I installed Albo 1125's modding pack so I can put addon cars in GTA 5.
