The Crashes Happen When Im In A Persuit Or Driving The Blues And Sirens Activated.

    GTA 4 runs very unstable with mods, there's really nothing you can do about it except for installing only a few mods.

    It works now, no crashes. i removed a script which was causing the issue. dont know why it was, but gta iv runs fine now.
