The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I have a few callouts mods and a few of them give a notification that they are on when I go on duty but some don't so how can I check if they are on?

If the callout pack has a menu, you can try opening it. Check the config (if it came with one) to see the keybinds.
