If the game/your computer up scales the resolution (Which it should going to a size of 31") it can, but other than that, no, simply switching a monitor shouldn't change anything in regards to performance.

Your computer doesn't care how big the screen is, it only cares about the resolution. If you're going to a TV, it may not change the resolution, in which case you'll see no difference.

If i go from useing my 21 inch monitor to useing a 32 led tv will it hurt my fps?

GPU frame rate shouldn't be your biggest concern... the LCD-TVs response rate should be your biggest concern. Screen tearing and ghostly image lag are common factors of poor response rates, especially if the LCD-TV is poorly made *cough* COBY *cough*, and warns against PC usage. Me personally, I'm a Samsung guy... :thumbsup:
