The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

When I pull up the smart radio it works but it's invisible...also when I hold E for Computer plus when on a stop it does not come up but my HUD flashes.....no idea whats going on, happened before and after the latest rage update.  All mods should be up to date...

Go to the RagePluginHook Settings ---> Game settings ---> Command line switches check "Force Windowed mode" and "Force DirectX11" then save and launch.  You can change back to full screen once in game.
