missing textures

i have a 7700k a gtx1080ti and every time i have more then 2 police cars in one place i have missing texture i have looked a videos on how to fix it but non of the methods work any ideas or solutions

Are these modded police cars?  If so, the vehicle may be too high poly/high quality.  Have you tried another model?

it happens no matter wat police car modded or not modded

yes but i uninstalled them for this reason the on graphic mod i have is visual v

Go into your GTA V directory and rename your mods folder to _mods.  Now load into the game and spawn two police cars.  Does it still happen?

What all have you installed in your base game?  What plugins do you have?  Take a screenshot of your directory, please, including plugins and LSPDFR folder within plugins.

What is "InvPoliceVeh.dll"?

"InvPoliceVeh.dll" makes police cars invincible im pretty sure i had the issue before i put this plugin in

Okay, so when did this start?  What plugins or other mods did you add around the time this started?

Temporarily remove all your plugins  (probably best to create "plugins"-->"LSPDFR" folders on your desktop so you know where what goes) and go in game. If it still happens, it's either one of your scripts, trainers, or another plugin/mod you have in the main directory.

i removed all the pluings and scripts still happened so i launched game without RHP and it still happenes

You removed your scripts/scripts folder?  Take a screenshot of your main GTA V directory, please.

dlclist.xml and dlc.rpf should not be in your main GTA directory.  Delete them both, please.
