Hello I installed ELS for the first time and I have a 2016 Oregon State Charger vehicle installed (ELS) however when I go into the game I can push scroll lock and it will say ELS keys locked active but the lights stay solid on my car and I don't flash also I cannot open up the info panel using ctrl+P. Any idea what's going on ? I don't think it's the car because I can't open the ELS panel.

If you press scroll lock again, it should enable ELS to work.

 

 

I've tried with it saying active and without it saying active the panel won't pop up

Do you have advancedhookv.dll in your main directory?

You also have ScriptHookV, ELS.asi and ELS.INI/config?  and you have your ELS folder-->pack default, and within this folder are your ELS vehicle VCFs?  (The ELS VCFs need to be inside pack_default)

Yes I have all of those and I have my VCF "POLICE" in the pack_default folder . It's weird the cars in my game but when I select the car and add all the extras on there even in that screen the lights just stay lit up not flashing. I can't even turn the lights off their constantly on no matter what just not flashing. And my control panel won't open all I see is "warning-scroll lock keys active "or if I press it again that message goes away in the bottom right corner

In your main GTA folder should be an ELS text document. Attach it, please.

Okay I'm not home for another hour I'm at work but I will do that when I get home

It's working now! Idk why it just randomly started working thank you though!

ELS is very random.  It'll stop working for no reason at all, then start working again if you restart your computer.

I'm having exactly the same problem with the lights just staying on etc.. Did you figure out why it started to work?

I have the same problem, still not working

ive went to websites read off here about how to fix it and it wont work, i could use help to fix it so i can play the fabulous game

I spent hours trying to fix my issue, found your comment and it fixed it for me. Thanks
