Please go and reinstall Traffic Policer.  It appears something from that mod is missing, which is causing some issues.  You also have problems with PeterUCallouts, which, as the message box says, can be a result in installing the plugin incorrectly.

This can mean either an issue with albo1125.common, or the mods.  Try running this troubleshooter, please.
