Plugins in LSPDFR folder are not loading

Hey, i have a problem with all the plugins (Callouts etc.) in the Plugins>LSPDFR folder. They are not loading. 

LSPDFR at all works fine, and the normal plugins too. I get no errors.

I have the latest version of every Plugin, RPH and lspdfr installed.

 

Can anyone help me?

Define not loading? 
if you go on duty, do you get a bunch of notifications?`

Also, can you open the console?

If i go on duty there are no notifications from the plugins, and yes the console works fine.

It seems the reason they aren't loading is because it's crashing every single time.  Do you have Albo1125.common in your main GTA V directory?
