the log isnt giving me any idea on what to do, and it starts without rage, so it is not my mods folder.

i have all of the other links, and tried the windows 10 thing. I also never once said I was on windows 10. How did you know?

The log you provided says it. :)

 

Try launching GTA via Steam.  Does it let you load into the game?  If so, it indicates either something is missing with Rage, or your anti virus/firewall is preventing you from launching.

 

If you can load into the game via Steam, please add GTA V as an exception to your firewall and anti virus.  Then try running Rage as admin.

it does load into single player while using steam. I will try running RAGE as an admin.

EDIT: still nothing D:

The sad thing is that it was working this morning before work, put my pc to sleep, and now nothing.

Couple things.

 

1) The "LSPDFR" folder in your main directory - within this folder is the Police Scanner folder, correct?  If so, go ahead and rename the "LSPDFR" folder to "lspdfr".  The lspdfr folder in the main directory needs to be lowercase.  Only the one in Plugins-->LSPDFR needs to be capitalized.

 

2) I noticed you had Menyoo installed. Please temporarily remove this.

to my knowledge ive never installed menyoo. what files is it exactly?

My apologies.  Got your Rage log mixed up with someone else's.  Right click RagePluginHook-->properties-->Details.  Under "file version", what does it say?
