Callout Crash Problem

I have been running into a problem when I accept a certain type of callout. When I accept a Traffic Backup Callout, half of the time I get a message that says "Traffic Stop Backupcallout crashed. Full LSPDFR crash prevented successfully." Does anyone know how to fix this? I have the log file here, I believe the crash is at the end. The error that I'm seeing repeat is "shouldVehiclesYieldToThisVehicle".  Are all the vehicles in your emergency vehicle fleet actual emergency vehicles?

They are custom emergency vehicals that I downloaded.

You have three things you can do at this point to troubleshoot.  I'm not sure if the problem is with the plugin, or maybe one of your vehicles.

 

1) I already checked the last three pages of Assorted Callout's comments to see if there was a similar issue being experienced, but didn't find anything. You could continue looking back.

 

2)  Uninstall Assorted Callouts completely, then reinstall it.

 

3) This one should probably be the last resort.  Take your mods folder out of your GTA directory and place it onto your desktop.  Next, load into the game via Rage and try to force the traffic stop backup callout to see if it still crashes.

I'll test those in the morning. if those things don't work, is it possible that it's a problem with my vehicles?

There's a chance, yes.  While your log is giving the should yield message, it also says "Rage.Vehicle" is invalid.

And one last thing. I've seen how other people have all of their vehicles neatly in one folder, do you know how I would do that? And thanks for all of the help :)

Do you mean replacement vehicles or standalone/add-on?  If you mean replacement, I'm not 100% sure what you're referring to.  Do you mean just having all modded vehicles in one patchday?  If so, you'd use the very latest patchday that has a vehicles.rpf.

I just thought I've seen people who have all of the vehicles in the game in one patchday, wasn't sure if I could just move all of them from other patch days into a single one

Previously, you could use other patchdays when modding vehicles/replacing them.  However, at some point, this was changed.  Now, only the latest patchday that has a vehicles.rpf works for replacing cars.  There are some models such as POLICE4 that have to be put in x64e, but that's pretty simple to do.  You'd just copy the x64e vehicles path to your mods folder.

Our games may work slightly differently.  For me, x64e is the only way to replace POLICE4.  I don't believe it would cause any issue for you, especially in this case.  I'd find it especially interesting if each time the traffic stop assistance callout spawned it only spawned POLICE4.  You can try and create the x64e path in mods folder and place POLICE4 files there, but it's not guaranteed to work.

 

(You don't need to copy any other files to x64e, just POLICE4)

It usually spawns the car in the police2 slot when it doesn't crash, I could try putting the police 4 vehicle in the x64e if nothing else works. I will get back to tomorrow once I try everything. Thanks for the help :)
