The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Okay so i have installed "ELS" and installed cars that have els enabled and added the VCF files in to the (ELS Folder)

 

All but 1 car works from installing a police car pack.

 

"Police.xml" is the only car that works with it the rest do not.

i have tried different cars and only the one that takes up "police.ytd" or "police.xml" seems to work and yet the rest do not.

 

I have tried all options (reinstall openiv,asi loader,) did not work.

 - reinstalled els (did not work)

 - Reinstalled all cars and models & VCF files (did not work)

 

Does anyone have any idea's i have installed the latest of all required files.

 - ELS 1.05

    Just to verify, you're positive that the other cars you're trying to add are ELS enabled, right?

     

    and you have placed all the VCF XMLs to pack_default, correct?

    Yes i downloaded a Pack and they all contained a "VCF" folder in which they contained the .xml files for els

     

    as  you can see below i installed them in to the file:

    All of those files; FBI, FBI2, POLICE, POLICE2, POLICE3 and POLICE4 need to be in the pack_default folder. :)

     

    If you check your ELS config, it asks you to specify which folder is using the ELS VCFs.  By default, pack_default is selected.
