I am currently in the works of creating a skin pack based off of the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Office, of Gwinnett County, Georgia. I currently do not possess the know-how on how to create a PED texture and I am asking anyone who if experienced on creating PED textures. Of course, credit will be given to the creator as it should be when published at all whether that be a picture or a file. As though I would like to learn how to create PED textures in the future, I currently do not have the time nor the resources to learn how to create such textures.
