Mods folder not recognized?

This is incorrect.   Mods / Update should only have x64 and update.rpf.

To be completely honest with you, I'm not sure why you configured your mods folder like this. I don't know how the rest of this folder looks, but I think it might be in your best interest to remake the mods folder entirely, and follow the OpenIV link I shared.

I already followed what the link advised to do, I've edited some of these that were required by some mods. This is how its always been and never a single issue.

Even still, Some files I have edited via Openiv are working without issue, I.e sound files and a single car in x64e. The majority of my car mods and EUP ae still a no-go.

At this point, I honestly don't know what to tell you.  I have never used a mod that required the layout that your mods folder is, and I'm almost positive your mods folder layout is the problem.  The only thing I can advise, again, is to redo the mods folder and follow the path that is in this topic - http://openiv.com/?p=1132  and in my screenshots..

You can even back your current mods folder up so if I'm wrong, you still have it.  I'm sorry, but I'm out of ideas.

I need donations to help fund my food addiction. DM for details 😂

Bro, I already have mods folder but when I try to open the dlc.rpf or the patchday20 it doesn't have the "Show in mods folder" any fix?

I have the Edit mode on and I already have downloaded everything in the ASI Manager. I right click on the patchday20 and only shows to copy mods folder, not "show". Its kind of fixed but how do I bring the show and copy to mods folder thing in the top?

-Phew, I guess it worked now. After I did the right click then copy to mods folder, then tried another file then it showed it. Thanks man 😄
