The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I have this problem with "Improved Spotlight and LED" mod, godrays/sunrays look like straight, thin lines all over the place, it's not how it's supposes to look. HERE is a link to the full sized picture to see it better. HERE is another one.

Edit: I made a mistake and said previously that VisualV causes this, but I was wrong. Latest VisualV version alone doesn't do this, it works okay, only when I later install Improved Spotlight and LED mod this happens (also the latest version).
