Game started working bad on "vsync:half" option, worked flawlessly before [SOLVED]

Featured Replies

So I updated the game today, updated Rage Hook and everything that needed to be updated. I noticed the game works now terrible if I have the same settings I had 2 months ago, unless I set vsync to "on" or "off". When it's on "half" the game has a bad performance, it's chhoppy, unplayable. And I always had it on "half" because this way I could have stable capped 30fps, now it seems like 10-15 fps with massive input lag. Why could it be?

Oh and if you are wondering why I want it on 30 fps instead of uncapped - the framerate then is at perfect 30fps which is enough for me, if I uncap it, it's like 40-70 fps all over the place at times and it's not smooth to me.

Edit: I turned off game mode in windows settings, it caused those problems.
Also I did this at the same time so IDK which one helped TBH but I suggest doing what I said (turn off gme mode) and do this:
