Would this one be better?

the recommended for gtav is this

Processor: Intel Core i5 3470 @ 3.2GHZ (4 CPUs) / AMD X8 FX-8350 @ 4GHZ (8 CPUs)

Memory: 8GB

Video Card: NVIDIA GTX 660 2GB / AMD HD7870 2GB

Sound Card: 100% DirectX 10 compatible

HDD Space: 65GB

DVD Drive

gtx 970 would be a perfect graphic card of it

both those are too small cpu

also the more plugins to the game the harder the cpu works spend the extra and buy a bigger one

Ok. Where can I get a setup like the one you recommend and is it going to run about 1 grand

If you want more than 10 plugins and still play without any breaks, you'll have to bump that graphic card to at least a GTX 1050 for a 4GB VRAM. GTA 5 is a complete whore when talking about VRAM. I have a 960M and still isnt enough to play at stable levels. 1050 is the minimum you can get. 1060 is optimal. 1080 is an overkill but you can cover all future games with that for a few years.

but yeah with a 1050 you may have to spend 950 USD (at least) if you stay with 8gb ram and an i5. 1060 will draw you to the 1000 mark

I have a 965m and it plays good for me.  I may not get the highest of frames, but it's stable, and I don't lag.  Mind you, I have over 250 callouts + other LSPDFR plugins, which is most likely why my frames aren't the best.  My computer handles it amazingly even still.

If you want a good set up, yes.  The more expensive, the better it is for playing games.  You can buy a cheap set up, but don't be surprised if you struggle playing or can't play at all.

yeah but the plugins issue is not only involved on the GPU matter. Whats your CPU and RAM?
