[Online Disabled?] Social Club Unavailable

Hey there, i am trying to get GTA IV running for multiplayer again and i have noticed in my launcher it is stating that " Social Club Unavailible " and the the " Play " button is grayed out. I only have the offline play option. I did not use xliveless and in my modding i do not recall any additions that would have jumbled up my Social Club Launcher or disabled me from playing online. Anyone else bump into this issue that can shed some light?. Thank you in advance.

I always get that problem because I can't connect to the online services.

I think rockstar has a help page for that problem, if not some community.

But if i use the latest patch won't LCPDFR and all my scripts stop working?. That's why i have 1.7.0 and downgraded from 1.0.8

No worries, i am just confused as to how people are still playing LCPDFR online if you can only do it with the newest version. It seems there are those on the 7 patch still on MP.
