Stopping Vehicles on Foot

Featured Replies

Howdy folks,

Pretty sure I know the answer to this one and it's not possible at this stage, but is there a way to stop vehicles (traffic stop) while you are on foot? Or an easy way that I could edit something to remove the requirement to be in a vehicle to initiate a traffic stop?

Reasoning behind the question is, with Snit's Holden Commodores, and the number of vehilce's with messageboards in them, I'd love to set up random breath testing road blocks and the likes, which... while you can obviously do it in a vehicle by pulling someone over, thinking more along the lines of;

Actually kinda hard to find a picture, but here's a video... don't mind the... 'true blue Aussie' ;)

So yeah, would love to SNT spawn a couple of cops to just stand around and watch if there was a way I could get the traffic stops going while outside a vehicle, especially now I've found a few mods and ways to actually control traffic and properly close lanes and the likes...

Cheers!

The only real way I know how to get people to stop their cars while you are on foot is to use alt-K, the area-evacuation command. Unfortunately though, that means they get out of their cars which sort of wrecks things. Maybe it's an opportunity for a future version of a future mod.
