The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

"E" on Xbox controller is right  d-pad.  You need to hold it down when aiming a weapon at the suspect.  Right d-pad will also work for traffic stop window.
