Map problems

Sandy shores is invisible and the textures are all messed up.

I've had this problem for a while.

I've loaded it without rph and still have the same issue.

That might indicate a deeper problem.  Since you've been having it for a while, it'll make it harder to actually figure out the cause unless you can remember any graphics/map mods you may of installed.

 

If you take out your mods folder, does the map act normally?

I have radiance v and visual v installed.

I guess I can just try a clean GTA V directory.

And re-mod my game.
